Equipped with a powerful and reliable motor, the two-speed spinner can dry up to 6kg of lettuce and other vegetables at a maximum speed of 900rpm - enough to dry thoroughly without any food quality degradation. Boasting an advanced Vibration Control System (VCS), the machines is able to operate smoothly and safely without requiring bolting to the floor. An innovative braking safety system also ensures the basket stops turning as soon as the lid opens, guaranteeing the safety of you and your staff at all times.
