Level 3 Food Hygiene Training Course details

Aim of the level 3 food hygiene course

To develop advanced knowledge of the principles of food hygiene and to equip supervisors and mangers to the nationally-required safety level.

Assessment criteria

60 multiple choice questions on a 90 minute timer. The pass mark is 45/60 (75%). Remember, there’s no limit on re-takes for our level 3 hygiene test.

Course delivery method

The course is delivered online via our custom-built training system. An internet connection is required for all NCASS Training courses and you can train on laptops, tablets and phones.

Learning outcomes

By the end of our assured level 3 hygiene course students will be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of supervisory management, legislation and food hygiene practices.
