Thank you to everyone who came down to Street Food Live this week, it was amazing to be able to meet you in person and catch up with some longstanding NCASS members.
Street food live 2021 was packed with talks on topics of driving your brand and what makes a great business, as well as a stellar line up of panel discussions on health & safety, road to restaurant and the future of street food.
Panelists included Amy from Dosa Deli, Tom from Original Patty Men, James from Utter Waffle, Pete from Homeboys, Abiye from Big Apple Hot Dogs, Nick from Jamon Jamon, Anna from Happy Maki, Marc Rowson, Calor, The Royal Borough of Greenwich, Hamilton Gas Products, Giles Insurance, Digbeth Dining Club, BOXPARK, FoodPark, ECA and many more. We are so grateful to everyone who joined us, the seminars were standing room only and if you were lucky enough to be there, you will have taken with you more than a few gems from the panelists’ experience and advice.
Amobox, Calor and Dojo were amongst the other exhibitors at the show, Hamilton Gas Products, Neil Giles and Marc Rowson joined us on the NCASS stand, there was a lot on offer – it really was a packed program with so much to explore.
If you haven’t been to Street Food Live, we would recommend you come down next year, it’s a great chance to catch up with other members, get expert insights and advice and find out what’s happening across the industry.
