Nisbets X NCASS: Members Day Success

On 2nd November, in partnership with Nisbets, we put on a members only open day. We wanted the opportunity to meet members and demonstrate the countless benefits that our partnership with Nisbets generates for our members. Not only did this day allow us to engage with our members, but we were also able to gain a valuable insight into what their business are currently going through and the subsequent areas in which NCASS can offer support.

It was fantastic to meet so many members and to hear about the next steps that they are taking for their business in order to achieve their long-term goals. A notable theme for the day was the importance of proper investment in good quality equipment and how this can save money in the long run with regards to efficiency and time. Another discussion point focused on how investing in certain equipment such as a coffee maker, can create a new revenue stream and bolster those areas of a business in which profit margins may have been smaller.

‘It was fantastic to welcome NCASS members to the National Catering Equipment Centre, Nisbets innovation hub and demonstration kitchen. It is always good to speak to businesses within hospitality about the projects they are working on, but now more than ever it was good to hear how creative and entrepreneurial NCASS members are being in dealing with external pressures on the hospitality industry. Hopefully, the members left with some insight into how Nisbets can assist them in providing the right products to save time, save labour, save energy and retain profit margins.’

It was an incredibly thought-provoking day for members in which they were able to gain insight into the importance of high-quality equipment, watch demonstrations and take advantage of the 10% discount generously offered on the day.
