At NCASS we are always looking to ensure we provide a range of content that is helpful, relevant and insightful to our members as well as to educate the general public about the realities of working in independent hospitality. We felt that a podcast is the perfect opportunity for us to expand this range and deliver further value for all through engaging content.
The NCASS podcast seeks to discuss and shed light on the world of independent hospitality, talking to a range of individuals with expertise in the sector. We seek to educate, inform and entertain on all matters catering.
Our inaugural episode is live right now – we thought we’d start with what we love and plunge right into the wonderful world of compliance. This episode features us speaking with the NCASS in-house Environmental Health Specialist Fiona West, as we discuss all things Environmental Health Officers and set out to debunk some myths when it comes to food hygiene inspections.
