We are thrilled to hear that our member Taste Tibet have launched their debut cookbook.
Taste Tibet: Family Recipes from the Himalayas – will feature a collection of over 80 recipes from the Tibetan Plateau, from comforting soups and stews, hand-pulled noodles, and everything you need to know about making Taste Tibet’s signature dish, momo dumplings.
Alongside the recipes you will find plenty of tales from Yeshi’s childhood in Tibet. Learn too about nomadic Himalayan food culture and practices, including mindful eating and communal cooking – a way of life that celebrates family, togetherness and respect for food.
