Bustler Nottingham is set to become the city’s newest go-to food destination as it expands its home in Sneinton with the launch of permanent kitchens.
This marks a major step forward in the venue’s mission to support independent street food businesses, offering them a unique opportunity to establish a semi-permanent base in one of Nottingham’s most vibrant food hubs.
The new kitchens will be available for a minimum of six months, with the option to extend, giving traders the flexibility to grow their brands while benefiting from Bustler’s established customer base. As part of this expansion, trading hours will increase from Wednesday to Sunday, including lunchtime service, allowing businesses to maximize their reach. Bustler is committed to fostering a thriving, independent food scene by creating a welcoming space filled with creativity, high-quality produce, and most importantly great tasting food.
With applications now open, Bustler is calling on passionate street food businesses to apply for these highly sought-after spots.
They’re looking for traders who can bring an exciting menu, a strong brand identity, and a compelling story to the table. Given the high level of interest, applicants are encouraged to put as much thought and detail as possible into their submissions. The deadline for applications is March 31st, with decisions set to be made by April 14th. Successful applicants will then prepare for an early summer 2025 opening, marking the start of an exciting new chapter for Nottingham’s food scene.
