THE RESTAURANT SHOW 2019: BIGGER AND BETTER

Taking place 30th September - 2nd October at Olympia London, The Restaurant Show will return for 2019 with a brand-new all-encompassing culinary experience. With previous years attracting thousands of enthused visitors, this year is set to be bigger and better than ever before.  


The Restaurant Show sits at the heart of the hospitality industry, having united the very best chefs, restaurateurs, contract caterers, sommeliers and hoteliers for the past 30 years. The three-day event promises to combine valuable insight and the latest innovations with topical debates around the industry’s newest trends and challenges.  

Featuring both the Bar & Pub and Catering Equipment Expo, attendees will be offered the tools, inspiration and unique networking opportunities to help them succeed in the ever-competitive hospitality industry.  

HOSPITALITY TRENDS & WORDS OF WISDOM

With the Global Restaurant Industry expected to reach 3.8 trillion by the end of 2019, the show will cover some of the mega trends influencing consumers including eating out technology, food culture and healthier eating.

Last year, over 75% of visitors rated The Restaurant Show’s exhibition as ‘excellent’ for finding new products and services, with nearly half intending on placing orders with at least one of the exhibitors they met at the show.
