This Code of Practice provides guidance for the design & manufacture of mobile catering vehicles and the installation of equipment and services.


It is a voluntarily accepted document based on 'good practice' from current legislation, aimed at protecting the purchasers of such units, and eliminating poor quality design and build from the industry.


The proof of adherence to this Code of Practice can lead to NCASS Approved Manufacturer Status.
