Rolls Royce

 

We advised Rolls Royce as to how they should organise a large event to celebrate their centenary year with over 8,000 people to be catered for. This included how they can implement Best Practice for food quality as well as Health & Safety, Food Safety & Gas Safety.

In addition we sourced and coordinated appropriate caterers for the event. 

 

Arup

 

We advised Arup on their catering provision for new facilities at Blythe Valley Business Park in order to accommodate a high quality food provision and Best Practice principles. This included:

  • In depth research to identify specific needs and requirements 
  • The design and layout of the kitchen and seating area to accommodate necessary equipment and capacity
  • Arrangement and management of the Tender Process for the outsourcing of the catering facility

 

BSH Home Appliances

 

We advised and assisted BSH to organise a national launch event of a new product at their Head Office to include Street Food for over 3,000 people. This included how they can implement Best Practice for food quality as well as Health & Safety, Food Safety & Gas Safety. We then sourced and coordinated appropriate caterers for the event. 

The National Trust

 

We advised the the National Trust on how to organise Outdoor events at numerous locations particularly in relation to Gas Safety and Health & Safety.  

In addition we sourced and coordinated appropriate caterers for the event. 

Inland Waterways Association

 

We advised the Inland Waterways Association on how best to organise and make money from catering at their National Festival. We managed the contracual arrangements and coordinated for suitable caterers to operate at their event ensuring that it was a success.

Millennium Point Trust

 

We advised Millenium Point on how they can best maximise their catering facility within their premises. This included:

 

  • In depth research to identify the specific needs and requirements 
  • The design and layout of the kitchen and seating area to accommodate necessary equipment and capacity

Northamptonshire County Council

 

We advised Northamptonshire County Council on their catering provision for new facilities at Barnwell Country Park and Irchester Country Park in order to easily cope with the high expected footfall. 

This included bespoke research & design for the following areas in order to implement Best Practice:

    • Layout of the kitchen and equipment required 

    • Seating provision

    • Menus

    • Licensing Agreements

The Forestry Commission

 

We advised the Forestry Commission on how to organise Outdoor events at numerous locations particularly in relation to Gas Safety and Health & Safety which was of paramount importance considering the Fire Hazard that exists at many of their locations. 

In addition we sourced and coordinated appropriate caterers for the event. 

Birmingham City Council


We advised Birmingham City Council on how to implement a more successful food provision at the Birmingham & Sandwell Mela. This included how they can implement Best Practice for food quality as well as Health & Safety, Food Safety & Gas Safety. 

In addition we sourced and coordinated appropriate caterers for the event.
