You probably will not recall that I contacted you just over 6 weeks ago seeking caterters for our event. I am pleased to say that we have now completed the tendering process and will be using new caterers this year that we have discovered from your organisation. I sent out over 30 sets of tender documents, had 16 replies, most of which were very professionally put together and provided all the information required for us to make our decision. Could you please email me a typical contract so that I can bet this out to tie everything down securely before our event on 12th June.
Thank you once again for providing such an excellent service and I hope that we are completely satisfied with the selections made and will not need to use your services again next year! - perhaps the year after to keep everyone on their toes!
